Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Children´s Kingdom service (the “Service”) and by subscribing to the Service you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the same: –

  • Service

This Service enables the users to have easy access to and control over the local and international children´s content they like from the convenience of their mobile phones.

 

  • Eligibility

This Service is open to all STC BAHRAIN PrePay, PostPay and Hybrid subscribers.

 

  • How to Access the Service
  1. You will be able to subscribe to daily local and international children´s content by sending the message C.

 

  1. You will be able to subscribe to local and international children´s content by accessing the URL: http:// bd.grameenphone.mundokids.club from your Android or iOS mobile device. 
  2. Once you download and subscribe, you can stream children´s content on the Service at the prices set out below.

 

  • How to unsubscribe the Service
  1. You will be able to unsubscribe to the daily Service by sending the message C1.

 

  • Price and Validity of Content:

      Your subscription will be automatically renewable upon payment of the respective price once the period is expired.

 

  • Other Terms: 
  1. You will not be able to subscribe to more than one Children´s Kingdom  subscription at a time. Should  you wish to change your subscription, you will first need to unsubscribe from your current  one.
  2. Customers will have 3 days FREE trial service period upon subscribing to the service.

 

  • Extension of Terms
  1. Save as modified above, these Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and subject to the published STC BAHRAIN PrePay and PostPay Service Terms and Conditions, STC BAHRAIN  PrePay and PostPay Data Bundles Terms and Conditions and terms of use for any other STC BAHRAIN service that you may be enjoying.
  2. STC BAHRAIN reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Service at any time. In any of these events, notice will be given via media advertisements (including at STC BAHRAIN’s discretion on the STC BAHRAIN website www.stc.com.bhr and will be effective immediately or as at the date referred in such notifications.

تنطبق الشروط والأحكام التالية على  خدمة مملكة الطفل (“الخدمة”) ومن خلال الاشتراك في الخدمة ، سيتم اعتبارك قد قرأتها وفهمتها وقبلتها: –

  • خدمة

تتيح هذه الخدمة للمستخدمين سهولة الوصول إلى محتوى الأطفال المحلي والدولي الذي يعجبهم والتحكم فيه من خلال هواتفهم المحمولة.

  • الاهليه

هذه الخدمة متاحة لجميع مشتركي الدفع المسبق والدفع المبعد والهجين من stc البحرين.

  • كيفية الوصول إلى الخدمة
  1. ستتمكن من الاشتراك في محتوى الأطفال المحلي والدولي اليومي عن طريق إرسال الرسالة C.
  1. ستتمكن من الاشتراك في محتوى الأطفال المحلي والدولي من خلال الوصول إلى عنوان URL: http:// bd.grameenphone.mundokids.club من جهازك المحمول الذي يعمل بنظام Android أو iOS. 
  2. بمجرد التنزيل والاشتراك ، يمكنك بث محتوى الأطفال على الخدمة بالأسعار الموضحة أدناه.
  • كيفية إلغاء الاشتراك في الخدمة
  1. ستتمكن من إلغاء الاشتراك في الخدمة اليومية عن طريق إرسال الرسالة C1.
  • سعر وصلاحية المحتوى:

      سيتم تجديد اشتراكك تلقائيا عند دفع السعر المعني بمجرد انتهاء الفترة.

  • شروط أخرى: 
  1. لن تتمكن من الاشتراك في أكثر من اشتراك واحد في مملكة الأطفال  في وقت واحد. إذا  كنت ترغب في تغيير اشتراكك ، فستحتاج أولا إلى إلغاء الاشتراك من اشتراكك الحالي  .
  2. سيحصل العملاء على فترة خدمة تجريبية مجانية لمدة 3 أيام عند الاشتراك في الخدمة.
  • تمديد الفترات
  1. باستثناء ما تم تعديله أعلاه، فإن هذه الشروط والأحكام مكملة وتخضع لشروط وأحكام خدمة الدفع المسبق والدفع المبست المنشورة من stc البحرين، وشروط وأحكام باقات بيانات الدفع المسبق والدفع الآجل من stc البحرين وشروط الاستخدام لأي خدمة أخرى من خدمات stc البحرين قد تستمتع بها.
  2. تحتفظ STC البحرين بالحق في تعديل أو تغيير هذه الشروط والأحكام أو سحب الخدمة في أي وقت. في أي من هذه الأحداث، سيتم إرسال إشعار عبر الإعلانات الإعلامية (بما في ذلك وفقا لتقدير STC البحرين على موقع STC BAHRAIN الإلكتروني www.stc.com.bhr وسيكون ساري المفعول على الفور أو في التاريخ المشار إليه في هذه الإخطارات).
